We’re hiring Soft Skills Trainer for Monglish International Academy as below:

As a Soft Skills Trainer, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the interpersonal abilities of individuals within our academy. Your focus will be on developing essential soft skills that contribute to effective communication, teamwork, and overall professional growth. By providing targeted training, you’ll empower learners to succeed in their careers and personal lives.

Work Conditions:

Working Hours: From 11:00 AM To 7:00 PM
Location: San Stefano, Alexandria.
Job Type: Fulltime from site.

Responsibilities:

Training Program Development:
- Create and design training programs that address various soft skills, including communication, leadership, problem-solving, time management, and emotional intelligence.
- Develop engaging content, presentations, handouts, case studies, practical assignments, and self-assessment materials.
Needs Assessment:
- Assess the specific needs of learners or teams within the academy.
- Collaborate with departments to identify training objectives and goals.
Content Delivery:
- Conduct interactive training sessions, workshops, and seminars.
- Utilize appropriate teaching methodologies, approaches, and learning resources.
- Facilitate discussions, role-playing, and group activities to reinforce soft skills development.
Evaluation and Feedback:
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training materials and adjust content as needed.
- Monitor participants’ progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Address individual strengths and weaknesses to enhance skill acquisition.
Administrative Tasks:
- Manage scheduling, coordination, and billing related to training sessions.
- Maintain accurate records of participant attendance and progress.
