Job Title: Operations Manager (Online Clothing Brand)

About the Role:
We are an emerging online clothing brand looking for a dynamic, highly skilled Operations Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong commercial experience in the online clothing industry, with a proven background in managing e-commerce platforms, online marketing, inventory operations, and supplier negotiations. This is a remote role; however, the applicant must be based in Amman, Jordan, and be willing to travel frequently for meetings, site visits, and production management.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations of the online store, ensuring smooth end-to-end execution.
Manage the Shopify platform, SEO, digital campaigns, and all related online marketing tools.
Plan and execute online marketing strategies to drive traffic, sales, and brand awareness.
Track inventory levels, forecast needs, and coordinate with manufacturers and suppliers.
Negotiate with manufacturers to ensure quality standards, timelines, and cost-efficiency.
Stay updated on fashion trends, seasonal collections, and competitor brands to align product offerings.
Collaborate with the creative team on fashion designs and collections based on market demands.
Coordinate and attend virtual and physical meetings with suppliers, partners, and internal teams.
Ensure operational excellence, improving processes for greater efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Prepare reports on sales, marketing performance, inventory status, and operational KPIs.
Maintain excellent communication internally across departments and externally with vendors.
