About the Job:

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong design sensibility, technical expertise, and leadership skills. The successful candidate will lead architectural design development, ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations, and mentor junior staff. The Senior Architect will play a pivotal role in delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality architectural solutions across a variety of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities/Deliverables:

Lead the development of conceptual, schematic, and detailed architectural designs for large-scale and complex projects.
Engage directly with clients to understand project objectives, provide strategic design direction, and manage expectations.
Oversee the preparation of architectural drawings, plans, 3D models, and visual presentations using advanced design software.
Conduct and supervise site analysis, feasibility studies, and environmental assessments to inform key design decisions.
Ensure all architectural work complies with applicable local and international building codes, zoning laws, and industry standards.
Collaborate closely with structural, MEP, landscape, and interior teams to integrate cohesive design solutions.
Review, critique, and refine design proposals for technical accuracy, design quality, budget constraints, and client feedback.
Stay at the forefront of architectural trends, technologies, and sustainable design practices to drive innovation.
Lead design review meetings, stakeholder presentations, and project coordination efforts.
Contribute to the preparation of tender documents, technical specifications, and project documentation.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior architects and design staff, fostering a culture of learning and collaboration.
