You will play a crucial role in managing the company's outstanding debts and ensuring timely payments from customers. You will be responsible for contacting customers who have overdue balances, negotiating payment plans, and implementing strategies to recover outstanding debts while maintaining positive customer relationships. Your primary duties and responsibilities will include:

Contacting customers with overdue accounts via telephone, email, or written correspondence to negotiate payment arrangements.
Developing and maintaining a thorough understanding of the company's products, services, and billing procedures to effectively communicate with customers regarding their outstanding balances.
Analyzing customer accounts to identify delinquent debts and assess the reasons for non-payment.
Resolving customer inquiries and disputes related to billing and outstanding balances in a professional and timely manner.
Documenting all customer interactions, payment arrangements, and account updates accurately in the company's database or CRM system.
Collaborating with other departments such as customer service, billing, and legal teams to address complex debt collection issues and escalate cases as necessary.
Adhering to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing debt collection practices.
Meeting or exceeding monthly targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) related to debt recovery, call quality, and customer satisfaction.
Providing regular updates and reports on debt collection activities, trends, and outcomes to management.
Continuously identifying opportunities for process improvements and efficiency enhancements in debt collection procedures.
