EMAK Contracting is currently hiring a Treasury Specialist, who will primarily focus on managing relationships with banks, negotiate and contract banking facilities, and ensure efficient cash flow management. The Treasury Specialist plays a crucial role in optimizing the company's financial operations, mitigating risks, and supporting overall financial stability.

Responsibilities:

Manage relationships with banks, negotiate and contract banking facilities, and ensure efficient cash flow management.
Serve as the primary point of contact for all banking-related matters.
Collaborate with banks to understand their products, services, and terms.
Identify the company's banking needs and evaluate available banking facilities.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with banks and financial institutions.
Negotiate terms and conditions with banks for facilities such as working capital lines, trade finance, letters of credit, bank guarantees, and other financing arrangements.
Prepare and review contracts and agreements with banks, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements.
Implement risk mitigation strategies, such as hedging mechanisms or financial instruments, to minimize exposure to currency, interest rate, and liquidity risks.
Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry trends affecting banking relationships and treasury operations.
Prepare periodic reports on treasury activities, including cash position, bank reconciliations, and debt-related information.
Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Ensure accurate and timely recording of treasury transactions in the company's financial systems.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, banking regulations, and contractual obligations.
Assist in internal and external audits related to treasury operations.
