Key Responsibilities

Lead the creation of original illustrations for brand campaigns, editorial content, digital products, and social media assets.
Develop storyboards that clearly visualize scene sequences and support creative teams in understanding narrative flow and visual direction.
Translate abstract ideas and creative briefs into compelling visual concepts.
Collaborate with creative directors, copywriters, animators, and designers to ensure visual consistency across all deliverables.
Build a strong visual identity across various illustration styles—from clean line work to richly textured compositions.
Own the full illustration process: from sketching and concept development to final digital artwork.
Maintain consistency in tone, style, and brand voice throughout all illustration outputs.
Mentor junior illustrators and help raise the overall creative standard of the team.
Stay current with emerging trends in illustration, visual storytelling, and creative technology—and bring that influence into your work.
