Receive, review, and analyze monthly management reports from a regional group of companies.
Extract and input financial data into standardized FP&A department templates and forms.
Convert financial data from various local currencies into USD, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
Conduct detailed financial analyses, including the calculation of key financial performance indicators (KPIs) and ratios for each business unit.
Compile and prepare a consolidated monthly financial report for the Group, featuring comprehensive charts, trends, and ratio analysis.
Proactively raise and communicate queries regarding financial report discrepancies or unusual variances to the respective finance departments, seeking timely clarifications.
Identify and escalate key points of concern to the Financial Controllers and/or Internal Auditors of each company.
Draft a monthly analytical report summarizing key observations, risks, and noteworthy financial trends for each entity, submitting findings to the Head of FP&A for further review and discussion.
Support the Group Head of FP&A in the development and compilation of the Monthly and Quarterly Executive Binders for the Group CFO.
Obtain, review, and assess End-of-Year audited financial statements for each company; discuss significant audit findings and concerns directly with the finance teams.
Coordinate the collection of post-audit management reports and contribute to the preparation of the final Post-Audit Executive Binders.
Assist in the preparation of financial presentations and briefing materials for quarterly and annual Board of Directors (BOD) meetings.
Develop and compile the Annual Budget report for all entities within the assigned regions, collaborating closely with local finance teams and business units.
Provide support on various ad-hoc financial analysis, management reports, feasibility studies, and special projects as required by FP&A leadership.
