Receive & coordinate staff requirements and schedule these needs.
Organize the daily routes for all the academy’s vehicles for all branches.
Record the dates of movement and arrival in the follow-up data at the level of each shift.
Prepare and implement preventive regular maintenance, inspection, & service schedules for all the company’s vehicles.
Coordinate with vendors for any repairs, maintenance, or any other services.
Collect, review, and maintain data sheets regularly for vehicle usage, monthly mileage, fuel consumption, asset expenses, etc.
Responsible for collecting quotations to make price comparison sheets, as part of car purchasing procedures.
Process prerequisite communications/documentation between the car vendor and leasing company.
Issue & manage motor insurance policy for new and existing cars annually.
Coordinate & administrate car accident procedures (claims and compensation)
Maintain detailed records of all vehicles’ documents. (soft & hard filling)

Ensure accurate logs of all cars (vehicle list, overall condition of vehicles, issue list, repair history, fuel logs, mileage logs, tire averages, etc.)
