Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced CNC Machine Programmer Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in machining and cutting using computer-controlled machines, with practical knowledge in plasma cutting, 3 Axis CNC machines, and tape saw operations.

Responsibilities:

Programming and Operation: Program and operate computer-controlled machines, including plasma cutting machines, 3 Axis CNC machines.
Reading and Interpretation: Master the reading of manufacturing drawings, technical documents, and product specifications. Read and analyze blueprints and technical drawings to set up machines based on specifications.
Product Design: Translate product designs into computer modeling software, ensuring accurate representation and execution.
Assembly Skills: Possess expertise in assembly methods and techniques. Coordinate with team members for efficient assembly processes.
CND Control: Demonstrate knowledge of CND (non-destructive) control methods to ensure product quality and compliance.
Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality assurance by thoroughly reading, analyzing, and interpreting drawings, technical documents, and product specifications.
Inventory Management: Collaborate with the purchasing manager to maintain inventory levels of raw materials. Track consumables for each machine and report any shortages or issues.
Training: Train new staff members on machine operation procedures to ensure a safe and productive working environment.
