We’re hiring: Senior X++ Developer / D365 F&O Technical Consultant

Location: Amman, Jordan (On-site)

On behalf of a leading client, we are looking for a Senior X++ Developer / D365 Finance & Operations Technical Consultant to design, develop, and deliver end-to-end technical solutions on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

This role goes beyond coding. You will translate complex business requirements into scalable, high-performance technical solutions, lead technical design decisions, and mentor junior developers while ensuring best-in-class development practices.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement customizations, extensions, integrations, and reports using X++.
Own technical solution design across D365FO modules.
Translate business requirements into efficient and scalable technical designs.
Build integrations using Data Entities, OData, Azure services, and custom APIs.
Perform performance tuning, debugging, and troubleshooting.
Collaborate closely with functional consultants to deliver end-to-end solutions.
Enforce coding standards, best practices, and conduct code reviews.
Manage builds, releases, and deployments using Azure DevOps.
Prepare and maintain technical documentation.
Support production issues and hotfix activities.
Provide technical leadership and mentor junior developers.
