Execute Talent Acquisition strategy and process to hire the very best talent
Develop and maintain a strong diverse and inclusive candidate pipeline for core roles within assigned business unit, and ability to help in other areas as needed.
Leverage multiple recruiting sources and techniques to identify and engage a diverse pool of active and passive candidates, including LinkedIn and all other social media platforms.
Review candidate profiles, screens resume, assess candidate’s information and updates candidate status in the tracking system.
Oversee sourcing and hiring procedures to ensure we attract and select high-potential employees
Design and deliver employee training programs.
Analyzing training needs and delivering training courses.
Update job descriptions and organizational structures to ensure alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Manage performance management systems to ensure that employees are held accountable for their performance.
Organize quarterly and annual performance review sessions.
Review and update periodically the HR policies and procedures to ensure that the organization complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
Calculate employee engagement metrics, like retention and turnover rates
Measuring staff performance, efficiency, employee retention, and job satisfaction.
Develop employer branding system.
Maintain employee’s engagement and retention system.
Contributes to the design and implementation of the internal communication process and ensure its effectiveness.
