Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and innovative Senior Agriculture Engineer s with a primary focus on herbs farming. have a strong background in agricultural engineering, sustainable farming practices, and crop management. Fluency in English is required for documentation, training, and communication with international partners and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Crop & Soil Management

Develop, implement, and monitor crop plans and schedules for herb cultivation.
Conduct detailed soil and nutrient analysis to recommend appropriate soil treatments.
Evaluate and optimize seeding, transplanting, and harvesting techniques to improve yield and quality.

Irrigation & Fertigation

Design and manage irrigation systems suitable for herbs and local climatic conditions.
Oversee fertigation programs and ensure efficient use of resources.

Pest, Disease, and Weed Control

Monitor crop health and implement integrated pest management (IPM) strategies.
Coordinate timely interventions for disease or pest outbreaks with minimal environmental impact.

Reporting & Communication

Maintain accurate records of production, field activities, and crop inputs.

Prepare reports and documentation in English for internal use and external stakeholders.

Compliance & Quality

Ensure adherence to local agricultural laws, organic certifications, and quality standards.
Collaborate with QA/QC teams to maintain consistency in product standards.
