The company requires an Operations Manager to launch and build out the business.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Project manage all eCommerce related activities from discovery to implementation on-time and under budget.
Test E Commerce existing website/App
Work closely with Developer to make required changes as necessary.
Uploading product details
Launch of the platform
Report all website bugs/issues and work with developers to find resolutions
Manage Daily, Weekly and Monthly reporting and project trends for use in forecasting
Running of the Operations on a day-to-day basis
Manage eCommerce platform experience including finding product, product images, adding to cart and order placement process;
Monitor implementing of marketing strategies
Liaising with logistics providers
Manage vendor & customer database
Managing the payment gateway
Utilize Google Analytics and other reporting tools to monitor KPI’s and identify areas of opportunity
