We are looking for an General accounting to supervise, track and evaluate day-to-day activities.

General Accounting responsibilities include :

Establishing financial status by developing and implementing systems for collecting, analyzing, verifying and reporting information in addition to the following requirements:
Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department including:
- Oversee daily transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger and bank reconciliations
- Cash forecasting
- Compute taxes and prepare tax returns
- Manage balance sheets and profit/loss statements
- Revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- Trust account statement reconciliations
- Responsible for monthly transactions input and audit payment documents, booking through all finance ledgers, and making reconciliation ledger with GL.
- Ensure proper budget control and coordinate with other departments to ensure that all costs on the right track with monthly accrual basis.
- Responsible for the reconciliation of all suppliers, check the asset status and create assets.
- Control and monitor the implementation of finance regulation.
- Ensure that all financial data and requirements are reliable and ready to go live as per the agreed deadline.
- Prepare operation guidelines and write company management standards per company request.
- Coordinate and complete annual audits
