Job responsibilities:

Leading the administrative part of company’s operations in cooperation with company management and heads of respective teams. Forming and implementing a vision on the administrative processes in the company in accordance with the group’s policy and corporate culture. Fulfilling various functional responsibilities as follows:

Bookkeeping:

- Invoicing the customers, following up on licenses extensions
- Bank statements updates
- Arranging for regular payments
- Managing docflow/paperwork
- Communicating with other offices of the group on reconciliations and other accounting coop
- Providing the management with reports on the financials
- Cooperation with auditing companies
- Managing the VAT workflow – calculations, payments

HR and corporate:

- Managing the paperwork/DMCC procedures for hiring and onboarding the personnel
- Coop with DMCC departments on providing the necessary docs for employees upon request
- Licenses renewals with regards to DMCC operations
- Payroll administration
- Administrating leaves, sick-leaves, payables schedules across the company
- Providing the headcount follow-ups to HQ

Administration and executive:

Travel and accommodation arrangements for the team
Debt collection administration across multiple functional teams Enforcing the company's rules of work and schedules as per the management policy
Handling communication with legal advisors for the company Digital archives management
