Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with the Account Executive to receive client details and prepare for the meeting.
Welcome clients at the project site or company headquarters.
Establish a warm personal connection with the client (Rapport Building).
Present the company’s value proposition, achievements, and owner’s track record.
Highlight the project’s geographic location and its strategic advantages.
Explain the project’s masterplan clearly and compellingly.
Present unit layouts and available finishing models.
Showcase the project’s facilities and services.
Detail the available payment plans tailored to the client’s needs.
Present the unit price list that matches the client’s preferences and budget.
Highlight any current offers or promotions.
Share success stories and client experiences from previous projects.
Introduce the company’s internal departments and operational strengths.
Emphasize the developer’s long-term commitment to client satisfaction.
Guide the client through the Expression of Interest (EOI) process and follow up to ensure contract signing.
