DC Real Property, LLC is seeking a reliable, results-driven Outbound Sales & Outreach Specialist to support brokerage growth through structured outbound calling. This role is focused exclusively on dialing provided lists, qualifying prospects, and setting sales appointments for the Principal Broker.
The Outreach Specialist does not negotiate deals, quote pricing, or provide brokerage services. Performance is measured strictly by appointment volume, quality, and show rate.
All call lists, scripts, messaging, and target profiles are provided.

A “qualified appointment” is defined as a completed meeting with a verified decision-maker that meets pre-set criteria.
