Benefits Administration:

Manage day-to-day operations of all benefit programs (healthcare, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, wellness, EAP, FSA/HSA, retirement, etc.)
Coordinate annual benefits open enrollment, including communication, systems setup, and employee support
Serve as the primary contact for employees regarding benefit inquiries, issue resolution, and plan education
Work with brokers, vendors, and carriers to ensure high service levels and competitive offerings

Compliance & Reporting:

Ensure all benefits programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations (e.g., ERISA, HIPAA, ACA, COBRA, FMLA)
Maintain and audit benefits records in HRIS systems
Prepare required filings and reports (e.g., 5500s, ACA reporting)

Vendor & Plan Management:

Employee Communication & Education:

Develop and deliver clear, engaging benefits communications and materials
Conduct benefits orientation for new hires and periodic trainings for current employees
Promote wellness programs and initiatives to support employee health and engagement
