Overview:

We are seeking an organized Document Controller to manage and maintain project documentation in a structured and secure manner. This role requires travel to various project site ensuring accurate documentation control across all locations.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain document control systems for organizing and tracking project documentation.

Receive, register, distribute, and archive all incoming and outgoing documentation in line with company procedures.

Ensure all documents are accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible to relevant stakeholders.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other departments to ensure smooth documentation flow.

Maintain version control, document status logs, and secure records of approvals and revisions.

Conduct regular audits to ensure documentation complies with internal standards and industry regulations.

Prepare reports and summaries as needed for management and project teams.

Travel to project site when needed to support on-site document control, audits, or meetings.
