WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

Include but not limited to

Minimum 7 years technical experiences in garment wet and dry processing and proven ability to give technical advice and communicate with factories effectively and trouble shooting skills. Hand- on working experience in Denim Laundry.
Good understanding of technical aspects / production/systems and overall factory/product compliance parameters and knowledge about the entire wet and dry processing & Quality process as well as new Techniques in terms of wet and dry process.
Knowledge in Fabric parameters and characteristics /laboratory testing, product inspection and factory (Laundry) evaluation.
Strong technical/Communication skill and Computer knowledge in email and MS Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
Spoken and written English skills.
Flexibility of traveling within country and outside upon request

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum Degree Held: Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, or Higher Certificate / Diploma in textile
Subject Expert In: Wet Process

SPECIFIC WORKING CONDITIONS (if any)

Frequency of Travel: 60% - 70%
External communication required: 70%
Major Challenges for this role: To ensure that processes are working not only on paper. To ensure that team members are diligently following the procedures, no “short-cut” is there, and records are “straight and clean” at any point in time.
