Job Summary

The Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) will be the first in the department and will play a critical role in establishing and leading the marketing strategy for Al Omaraa. This position requires a visionary leader with a strategic mindset and a creative edge. The CMO will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies, building and managing the marketing team, and driving growth and brand recognition across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement a cohesive marketing plan to increase brand awareness and market share.
Lead the marketing department's creation, including hiring, training, and managing team members.
Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for expansion.
Collaborate with other departments to align marketing strategies with the company's goals and objectives.
Manage the marketing budget and ensure that all marketing activities are cost-effective and deliver a high return on investment.
Oversee the production of all promotional materials and marketing campaigns.
Analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and adjust strategies as needed.
Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Foster a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability within the marketing department.
