BLÜ Smart Toothbrush is an innovative oral care startup at the intersection of dental health and connected technology. We aren't just selling toothbrushes; we are selling a smarter way to live through our intuitive BLÜ App that tracks brushing and flossing habits.

This is a "Founder’s Right Hand" role. You will not be a cog in a large corporate machine; you will work directly with me to manage the entire lifecycle of the BLÜ brand. We are looking for a self-starter who excels in high-autonomy environments and is comfortable leveraging advanced AI to scale a premium tech brand.

Strategic Selection: Review raw product imagery (toothbrushes, charging bases, packaging) and use Gemini to rate them based on marketability for our target demographic (tech-savvy health enthusiasts).
AI Transformation: Use Nano Banana 3.0 and Imagine Art to transform basic product shots into high-end, lifestyle photography and cinematic 5-second "Hero" videos that showcase the sleekness of the brush and the app interface.
Unified Aesthetic: Maintain a clean, clinical-yet-luxurious visual identity across all assets using Nano Banana.

Visual Grid: Create a unified, professional social media presence. The aesthetics should scream "Premium Tech" and "Healthy Lifestyle."
Daily "Habit Storytelling": 3–5 daily stories per platform focusing on the benefits of habit tracking, "brushing away the blue" in the app, and oral health tips.

Full-Stack Management: Manage all Shopify, Amazon, and Walmart listings, including the management of subscription models for replacement brush heads and localized descriptions.
Tracking & Pixels: Link and verify Snapchat, TikTok, and Meta Pixels (CAPI) to ensure 100% data accuracy between the shop and our ad platforms.
Order Fulfillment: Manage the daily Shopify dashboard and coordinate with the fulfillment team to ensure seamless delivery.

Paid Ads: Launch and optimize high-ROAS campaigns on Snapchat, Amazon, TikTok, and Instagram.
Growth Metrics: Manage a $1,000+ monthly launch budget with a strict focus on CPA (Cost Per Acquisition) and long-term customer value.

5. Affiliate &Influencer Recruitment

Identify and recruit "Authority Affiliates," specifically dental hygienists, dentists, and tech-lifestyle influencers who align with the BLÜ brand.

During operational downtime, you will provide support for other related future projects (technical research, AI prompting, and administrative tasks) to keep our ecosystem moving forward.

We do not hire based solely on resumes. Finalists will be invited to a paid 1-day Remote Intensive Audition.
The Compensation: 2,500 EGP (Paid within 48 hours of submission through Deel).
The Tasks for the Audition are:
Using AI or other software you are proficient in, transform 5 raw product photos of the BLÜ brush into a unified, high-end "lifestyle" photoshoot.
Create a professional-looking grid of 6 posts on IG, TikTok, and Snapchat that explains the BLÜ app.
Create 2 cinematic video ads (one for Snapchat, one for TikTok) showcasing the "Smart Tracking" feature.
Build 2 Shopify listings (e.g., The Smart Brush Kit and the Replacement Head Subscription).
Structure a mock paid ad campaign strategy for TikTok/Snapchat.
Identify 3 specific "Micro-Influencers" (one in the dental space, two in tech/lifestyle) and write a 3-sentence "Hook" to recruit them to the BLÜ affiliate program.
