Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced developer with a strong background in both Power Platform development and Full Stack web technologies.

The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge in building scalable enterprise solutions using Microsoft technologies, excellent problem-solving abilities, and leadership skills to guide junior team members and drive delivery excellence.

Please note: This role may require occasional travel based on project needs.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop scalable front-end architectures and secure back-end applications.
Build Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and automate workflows using Power Automate.
Develop custom logic using JavaScript, C#, and Power Fx.
Lead end-to-end project execution from requirements to deployment.
Integrate REST APIs, custom connectors, and external systems (SharePoint, Azure, HR platforms).
Customize and extend model-driven apps using Ribbon Workbench and PCF controls.
Collaborate with designers to implement responsive and user-friendly interfaces.
Mentor junior developers and lead technical discussions.
Manage ALM processes, DevOps pipelines, and Dataverse environment configurations.
Write and maintain unit tests and ensure high code quality standards.
Stay updated with latest trends in Power Platform and modern web development.
