Job Description
- Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
- Researching, planning, and implementing new target market initiatives.
- Researching prospective accounts in target markets.
- Pursuing leads and moving them through the sales cycle.
- Developing proposals for prospective clients.
- Assist in Setting goals for the business development team and developing strategies to meet those goals.
- Coach & guide employees across the Group on business development activities.
- Attending conferences and industry events.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience in FMCG as a business development manager, sales executive, or relevant role for (at least 5 years).
- Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in English.
- Market knowledge.
- Communication and negotiation skills.
- Time management and planning skills.
