Key Responsibilities:
-Lead and execute real estate sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
-Build and maintain strong client relationships, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
-Conduct property viewings, negotiate offers, and guide clients through the purchase or sale of real estate
-Stay informed about market trends, property values, and legal requirements to provide accurate advice to clients

Job Requirements
Requirements:
-Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate -sales, with a focus on residential or commercial properties
-Proven sales track record with evidence of meeting or exceeding sales targets
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
-Knowledge of local real estate regulations and market conditions
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team
-Males are preferred
