Job Description

As a Sales Specialist at Kaii Lab, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. Your responsibilities will include expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and enhancing our brand presence in the MENA region. Your primary focus will be on achieving monthly sales targets, building strong client relationships, and promoting our digital and physical products, along with our core services which are website design and development and search engine optimization (SEO).

Job Requirements

  • Familiarizing yourself with the company’s values, vision, mission, products, and services.
  • Achieving monthly and annual sales key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Conducting consumer and market research to identify potential clients and partners.
  • Applying for request for proposals (RFP) across various channels.
  • Identifying and reaching out to new business opportunities and partners through various channels.
  • Attending lead welcome meetings (online and in person) and delivering presentations, proposals, contracts, estimates, and invoices.
  • Developing a deep understanding of clients’ needs and requirements.
  • Cultivating strong relationships with new leads and maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Ensuring timely responses to potential leads in accordance with service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Writing, quality assuring, and delivering contracts to clients based on company-wide templates.
  • Following up on contract signatures and project payments.
  • Documenting and tracking all sales pipeline activities using the sales customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
  • Overseeing the onboarding of new clients and effectively communicating project briefs to related teams.
  • Developing and implementing sales and retention strategies, analyzing sales data, and contributing to marketing strategies.
  • Assisting in drafting business plans, sales pitches, presentations, reference material, and other required documents.
  • Proposing innovative promotional tools and Public Relation activities.
  • Attending online initiatives, interviews, podcasts, and in-person marketing events.
  • Communicating with leads and clients through various channels.
  • Writing end-of-deal reports to analyze deal performance.
  • Upselling current projects and collaborating with the production team on upselling strategies.
  • Developing methods to measure and enhance client satisfaction.
