Job Description

Job Requirements
Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Full time Shifts only for now.
- English level C1 up to C2.
- Graduates/Gap year and drop out we can have Undergraduates with no commitments.
- You need to be 18 years old or above.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email or chat.
- Share feature requests and effective workarounds with team members.
- Identify customer needs and help customers use specific features.
- Patience when handling tough cases.
