Job Description
- Responsible for office management (emailing, recording minutes of the meeting)
- Daily management of deliveries and receptions
- Revising all cash received and disbursements
- Support in the regular warehouse inventory count.
- Document Filing
- Follow up on the execution of the decisions taken in meetings with all departments' manager.
- To provide a comprehensive secretarial and administration service to the Chief Executive across the range of his work

- Proven admin or assistant experience.
