Job Description
- Process evaluation by creating, mentoring, and improving through documenting, and reporting quality, environmental, and health and safety standard
- Lead quality initiatives and support projects
- Investigate reports of service quality issues and ensure resolution in accordance with company guidelines and regulatory requirements.
- Create and improve systems to manage company documents.
- Conduct effective internal audits to ensure effectiveness of processes documents are being followed.
- Work with auditors to maintain ISO status.
- Develop procedures so that they are standardized.
- Communicate and collaborate with department managers.
- Follow company procedures.
Job Requirements
- Proven work experience as a quality assurance or similar role with minimum 2 year.
- Bachelor's Degree in engineering
- Knowledge of Six Sigma, Quality Auditor, Quality Improvement
- Proficient use of MS Office (word-excel-power point-Visio)
- Ability to document and visualize organization instruction.
- Ability to communicate with team.
