Job Description
- Lead and motivate a team of tele sales and confirmation call representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Develop, implement, and monitor sales strategies to maximize revenue generation through telesales.
- Conduct coaching sessions to improve team member communication, selling techniques, and customer service skills.
- Oversee the quality of outbound calls, ensuring adherence to call scripts and company policies.
