Job Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Company Lawyer in field of HR and labour relationship at CL Pipe and Plastic Company located in New Cairo, Egypt. The Company Lawyer will be responsible for providing legal advice to the company in field of HR, drafting and reviewing labour contracts, conducting legal research, representing the company in legal proceedings, and ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements of Egyptian Labour Law.
Job Requirements
- Strong knowledge of corporate law and regulations in field of Egyptian Labour Law.
- Experience in contract drafting and review
- Excellent research and analytical skills
- Ability to provide sound legal advice in Labour relationship.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
- License to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
- Fluent English in writing and speaking as working language.
- Fresh Candidate graduated from Cairo University is preferred.
