- Real Estate background is a MUST
- Proven work experience for minimum 4+ years
- Very good command of adobe creative suite (illustrator, photoshop, etc)
- Eye for details and acceptable knowledge of finalization.
- Ability to execute tasks effectively and quickly

- excellent knowledge and experience of print media / brochures/ flyers/ OOH design/ Material
- Proven record and experience of Social Media designs (FB, IG, LinkedIn, etc.)
