Job Description
- Handle key accounts such as Metro Supermarkets , Hyperone and Carrefour to achieve long-term success and to develop a strong, positive partnership.
- Set and achieve Plans/targets/KPIs to generate best results in Sales, Visibility & Merchandising.
- Develop trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients.
- Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
- Acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
- Handle Customer Development Agreements, negotiation and contract process for new/existing customers that includes negotiating.
- Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
- The in ongoing Training of the team on Product Knowledge.
- Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts.
- Resolve any issues faced the customers.
- Coordinate with the sales team and promoters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- At least 5 years experience at FMCG company
- At least 3 years in the same position
- Good command English and Arabic Spoken/written
- Proficient user of MS office applications.
- Leadership skills - Negotiation skills- Communication skills - sales skills
