Job Description
- Provide administrative support to MD, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and arranging travel logistics
- Organize, schedule & participate in meetings and take detailed minutes take notes and keep track of action items to ensure follow-up and completion.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations
- Assist with preparing and monitoring budget and expense reports
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field
- 4+ years of experience in a similar role
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Professional demeanor and ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Previous experience in administrative or secretarial roles is preferred
