Job Description

Job Purpose:
Propose a plan and implementation program for dealing with key account clients, monitoring the progress of work, following up on implementation, following up on work orders, permanent communication with customers, promoting the company’s products to customers in sales areas, and permanent search for new customers.

Repoting Line:

Key Account Sales Manager

Resposibilties:

  •  Develops innovative solutions by integrating and analyzing complex and diverse information sources.
  • Manage relationships with small clients while also helping senior colleagues manage more important client and customer relationships.
  • Sell simple products and services directly to customers while following standard protocols. May also or alternatively involve providing back-office support to a sales team.
  • Conducts research using primary data sources and selects relevant information to enable analysis of key themes and trends.
  • Use data management systems to deliver prescribed outcomes.
  • Leading fixing visibility basics in key accounts branches for brands AFM, Sicuro, locks, and digital locks.
  • Follow up the dept collection process with clients.
  • Generate more leads to grow our sales and existent potential clients in the market.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our potential local key clients and understand their needs and requirements.
  • Ensure handling all the key clients’ complaints and solving their problems.
  • Analyze, prepare, and deliver appropriate reports on products and clients.

Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • 3 - 5 years of proven work experience as a Sales Executive – Key Accounts.
    Hands-on experience with full sales cycle.
  • BSc/BA in business administration or any relevant discipline.
