Job Description
- Cooperation with the quality manager in all matters relating to develop goals, and draw a strategic plan and take appropriate decisions.
- Directs and exercises control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
- Cooperating with production team to take control of chemicals consumption without effect on product quality and performance of production lines.
- Provide technical development proposals for testing performance.
- Ensures an engaged, innovative, and inspiring working environment in the department by motivating, challenging, and coaching the employees towards growth, manages and optimizes the innovative climate, stimulating entrepreneurship and driving engagement.
- Overseeing the mechanism of action and provide the necessary instrumentation to speed and accuracy of the laboratory results in order to gain the trust of our customers.
- Supervises Labs staff. Set departmental and individual employee goals and provide routine evaluations of progress toward these goals. Identify and promote professional growth opportunities for staff. Ensure adherence to professional standards and ethics of prospect research.
- Study the problems of chemical production lines and work to resolve them to gain more experience.
- Preparation Monthly reports of laboratory analysis and evaluation in order to improve performance.
- Taking a decision of acceptance or rejection for all the chemicals received to the factory.
- Supervise hydrogen permeability test for enameled product and make a decision for acceptance or rejection.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree in Metallurgy - Chemical Engineering Or Science.
• 5+Years of Experience.
• Familiar with mechanical testing procedures.
• Knowledge of the Steel Making , Metal Forming & Heat Treatment .
• Excellent Analytical Thinking & Problem Solving Skills.
• Excellent Written & Verbal Communications.
• V. Good Command in English.
