Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and business objectives, focusing on new client acquisition and account expansion.
- Identify and qualify prospective clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments and client consultations to understand client objectives, challenges, and pain points, and recommend tailored marketing solutions to address their needs.
- Prepare and present persuasive sales proposals, pitches, and presentations that showcase the agency's capabilities, expertise, and value proposition.
- Be able to close deals and go on meetings and collect payments from the clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including account management, creative, and digital, to develop integrated marketing solutions and deliverables that meet client requirements and exceed expectations.
- Negotiate contract terms, pricing, and service agreements to ensure mutually beneficial outcomes for the agency and clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline opportunities in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify new business opportunities and market trends.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, serving as a primary point of contact and advisor on marketing strategies and initiatives.
