Review daily transaction and register it on company’s system
Review customer’s accounts on company’s system in order to register their transaction
Create what’s up group for each course before starting the course in order to communicate easily with trainees.
Communicate with trainees to ( remind them with their courses , create personal account ,solve problems , send zoom link ……etc)
Responsible for activating and deactivating trainees accounts on website.
Follow up all what’s up groups to solve any problem effectively
Prepare payment timetable of trainers according to course ending time tacking into account any updates.
Responsible for preparing upcoming course schedule
Communicate with trainers in order to remind them with course starting time
Communicate with other department to be updated with courses schedule
Send trainees data who will undergoing certified exams to the CEO
Communicate with successful trainees who passed the exams asking them to send personal data ( Name, photo, a copy of their certificate,… etc) in order to send them to the marketing department for celebration
Coordinate in organization of indoor and outdoor offline training courses
