Job Description
- Make Quotations and Offers to the agent
- Quote and operate Special Groups
- Follow up Commitment Charts and bookings on daily basis
- Arrange Hotels Contracts Rates commitment and allotment in coordination with the
IT department. - Involved in data entry of contracts
- Decide about the special offers needed for the agents to improve sales
- Negotiate with the hotels and suppliers best prices each season or for specific special offers for a certain period according to the agents model
- Ensure receiving special offers in case low commitment materialization to fill empty
committed rooms - Endeavor to get best prices in the market from the hotels/cruises/suppliers to
increase volume (yield actions) - Recheck accounts payable inquiries and adjust file of system accordingly.
- Get budget rates of the bookings to generate more profits.
- Responsible for revenue management, for online business employee responsible for
modify markup according to sales situation and market conditions to achieve more sales with best profit possible. - Solve daily operational problems
- Assign guides needed for excursions and sightseeing tours
- Check the entry visa list provided for guests upon arrival in coordination with the
branches - Follow up Go Show & No Show and adjust operational files according to that daily
- Prepare stop sales list and special offers lists received from hotels/cruises/suppliers
for his/her agent as a guideline for contracting - Escort Educational and Study trips
- Solve operational problems such as overbooking, stop sales, turn-away
- Communicate with the agent or the destination managers regarding the complaints
and solving them - Prepare Actual arriving Pax per agent on weekly basis per hotel per destination
- Follow up on the accounting statement and update it weekly
- Prepare credit notes for brochure and marketing contribution
- Issue invoices cover letter with needed documents and proofs
- Sending the old tourism operational files to the store and checking on the matching
of the label with the content - Keeping old tourism operational files that have pending issues or not paid till they
are clear.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree.
- Very good English language is a must – extra language is a plus.
- Experience at least 6 years.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- High Communication skills.
- Organizational skills.
- Very good command of Microsoft office skills.
- A demonstrable interest in travel.
- Knowledge of key holiday destinations.
- Commercial awareness.
- Good time management skills.
- Willing to start immediately.
- Ability to draft professional correspondence .
