Job Description
- Implementation and evaluation of the program activities, goals, objectives and outcomes of it.
- Recommends priorities and allocation of resources related to assigned projects.
- Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
- Responsible for the program reporting weekly, monthly and annually.
- Manage, Coordinate and facilitate the planning and development of the projects
- Support the grant/project management process, including tracking and liaising with all project contributors.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration tools for the project team, ensuring efficient workflow and document management.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree holder
- 4-6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
- SEO and Digital Marketing experience is a big plus.
- Excellent in the English language (B2 minimum) in written and verbal, with proficiency in English.
- Excellent communication Skills
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize activities
- Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
- Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a variety of people and personalities
