Job Description

  • Implementation and evaluation of the program activities, goals, objectives and outcomes of it.
  • Recommends priorities and allocation of resources related to assigned projects.
  • Solve practical problems and deal with a variety of variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
  • Responsible for the program reporting weekly, monthly and annually.
  • Manage, Coordinate and facilitate the planning and development of the projects
  • Support the grant/project management process, including tracking and liaising with all project contributors.
  • Facilitate communication and collaboration tools for the project team, ensuring efficient workflow and document management.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor degree holder
  • 4-6 years of experience as a Project Coordinator or similar role
  • SEO and Digital Marketing experience is a big plus.
  • Excellent in the English language (B2 minimum) in written and verbal, with proficiency in English. 
  • Excellent communication Skills 
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize, plan and organize activities
  • Proficient with the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
  • Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work well with a variety of people and personalities
