Job Description

Role DescriptionThis is a full-time remote role for a Department Coordinator at Naseej. The Department Coordinator will be responsible for managing day-to-day department operations, coordinating projects, communicating with team members, and supporting department leaders. Additionally, the Department Coordinator will handle administrative tasks, schedule meetings, and assist in preparing reports and presentations.QualificationsExcellent organizational and time management skillsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAttention to detail and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Experience in project coordination or administrative rolesKnowledge of digital transformation and technology landscape is a plus.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fieldHas good knowledge using MS Dynamics 365 ERP system.Fluent English Language
