Director of Merges & Acquisitions (M&A)Job Description We are Looking for a Mergers and Acquisitions (Director) for one of our FMCG clients based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Title: Mergers and Acquisitions (Director)Location: Riyadh, KSAExperience: 10-15 Years of experience working on Multiple Projects few which in the FMCG industry. Job Summary: The incumbent will be responsible for leading and executing all aspects of the company's merger and acquisition activities. This will include developing and implementing strategies, negotiating and executing transactions, and managing post-acquisition integration. Responsibilities:Overseeing and managing all aspects of the merger or acquisition process from start to finish.Identifying potential acquisition targets and negotiating acquisition deals.Leading due diligence efforts to assess the financial and operational viability of potential targets.Coordinating and managing the integration of acquired businesses.Developing and implementing strategies to realize the maximum value from each acquisition.Working with other members of senior management to ensure that all aspects of the merger or acquisition are successfully completed.Experience, Education and Skills:Experience: Min 10 years of experience with extensive understanding/experience of being on the buy-side of deals. Education: Bachelor's degree from a reputed university. Master's degree possession will be an added advantage. Skills:Extensive knowledge of the M&A process, including due diligence, valuation, and negotiation.Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.Ability to work independently and take initiative.Highly organized and detail-oriented.
