The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing a group of workers in construction or manufacturing settings, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. This role requires leadership, excellent communication skills, and a thorough understanding of the industrys practices and regulations.RequirementsResponsibilities:Supervise and coordinate the activities of workers to ensure operational efficiency and adherence to project specifications. Assign tasks to workers based on their skills and the project requirements, monitoring progress and quality of work. Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company policies. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures to prevent accidents and injuries. Inspect equipment and materials regularly to ensure they meet safety and quality standards. Communicate effectively with project managers and other supervisors to coordinate work activities and resolve issues. Maintain accurate records of workers attendance, work performed, and materials used. Provide feedback and recommendations to management on workflow, worker performance, and potential improvements. Handle minor disciplinary issues among workers, promoting a positive and productive work environment. Essential Qualifications:Proven experience in a similar supervisory role within the construction or manufacturing sectors. Knowledge of industry safety standards, regulations, and best practices.
