System Analyst

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for system enhancements or new implementations. Design, develop, and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics technologies, including Dynamics 365, Dynamics CRM, and related modules. Customize and configure Microsoft Dynamics applications to align with business processes and requirements. Conduct system testing, troubleshoot issues, and provide technical support to end users. Document system requirements, designs, and configurations, as well as provide training and support to users as needed. Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to Microsoft Dynamics technologies and recommend improvements or optimizations to existing systems. RequirementsBachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience working with Microsoft Dynamics, including Dynamics 365 and Dynamics CRM. Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics architecture, customization, and configuration capabilities. Proficiency in customization tools such as Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI). Experience with system integration, data migration, and web service integration using Microsoft technologies. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. Microsoft Dynamics certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365) are a plus.
