ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute a marketing strategy for the organization and for new and existing products or servicesOversee the implementation of the marketing strategyDevelop a brand strategySet and administer an annual marketing budgetCreate and manage a calendar of events in our mallsGuide the day-to-day activities of the Marketing team and Social Media Manager.Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessaryProvide tools and materials to enable leasing team to function effectivelyManage and refine the organization’s social media presenceManage and measure marketing campaign costsReport on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using pre-determined KPIsUtilize data for marketing campaigns, interrogating the organization’s databases and external dataConduct market research studiesNegotiate with media agencies and secure agreements on the production of promotional materialsMaintain confidentiality in all matters related to work and information.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field.12 years of experience with at least 3 years in a managerial roleExperience in marketing and running a marketing team.Proven marketing campaign experience.Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.Strong copywriting skills.Attention to detail.Proven ability to manage budgets.High competence in project and stakeholder management.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.
