Service Sales Support Engineer

Bühler Group in Dubai, UAE is looking for skilled engineer to join our team as Service Sales Support Engineer. We invite you to read more about our commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion on our website: https://bit.ly/40QxJP6TasksCollaborate and support regional service sales leaders across Middle East, Africa and India region.Address requests for quotations (RFQs) and aid the sales team through the stages from quoting to order processing.Disseminate updated product and pricing knowledge to Bühler Partners, such as agents/resellers, and to the sales team directly.Ensure ongoing communication with sub-regions to manage order releases and forecast sales figures on a continuous basis.Supporting teams across the region by aligning with respective contracting parties, managing delivery time expectations, and supporting on commercial topics. Actively monitor and increase usage of tools like CRM through trainings. Oversee the operation and management of various Buhler tools – myBuhler, SIMBA, Synergy, etc.Collect data from smaller regional divisions, compile this data, and draft regional reports.Offer administrative support to the Service Sales Head.Timely creation and submission of insightful reports and strategic presentations.Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Engineering.Minimum 5 years of working experience in Grains and Food processing industry, or similar.Fluent communication skill in English language.
