This role requires exceptional communication skills, proven leadership abilities, a strong design background, and a successful track record of delivering AAA games.As a Editorial Content Director, your primary responsibility will be to assist the VP and senior management in creating new IP’s. Drawing upon your industry expertise, Set and prioritize player experience objectives to ensure games are released with the highest quality & in line with company editorial direction.Key Responsibilities:Editorial Guideline: Focus on establishing strong editorial guidelines and maintaining consistency with game content.Content Studio Strategy: Responsible for developing a Content Studio strategy and IP’S that sets Steer Studios apart in the market and reflects its identity.Lead Conception: The Editorial Content Director will lead the conception, content creation, and overall creative direction at Steer Studios. Implement a creative framework to foster new ideas and game concepts in line with market trends and Studio editorial strategy.Consistence: Responsible for ensuring all content is on-brand, consistent in terms of style, quality and tone. Ensure each project meets validation standards and reaches the desired level of quality and content, providing recommendations to enhance overall experience and meet quality standards.Brand Guideline: Work closely with brand teams to ensure projects adhere to brand guidelines and enhance marketability.Coordination: Coordinate with various production teams to ensure high-quality content that aligns with game pillars and IP definitions. Guide core creative teams from early conception to late polish phase. Review content in terms of game design, level design, prototyping strategy & priorities, coding of design intentions, controls, camera, AI, scripted events, etc.Gamer Experience: Guarantee the delivery of the highest quality gamer experience while innovating in game genres and content.Qualifications:Must have experience working across various game genres, including OpenWorld, Online multiplayer, narrative, Action adventure, and Live Game (game as a service), as well as different business models (F2P, Premium) and platforms.Should have shipped at least 3 AAA games and have a background in Game production and/or HQ Editorial teams.Let’s bring Together Steer Studios to the world!
