Job Description
- Provide technical and commercial support to contracts & Q.S. team
- Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients.
- Prepare a list of contractors and suppliers to be ready when needed.
- Prepare and review contract templates to be ready when needed.
- Analyze contractual clauses.
- Review contracts, keep originals, and distribute copies.
- Notify the execution department in case of any change, or deviation.
- Prepare claim files to avoid loss of rights upon project completion.
- Prepare subcontractors' invoices and review and approve any changes or additions to the work items.
- Prepare the clients’ invoices and approve them.
- Review & discuss deduction memos with the general contractor.
- Create a project management file and update it periodically
- Prepare and review Q.S. for different mechanical systems
- Prepare follow up and financial situation reports for different projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in a relevant engineering or construction role.
- Proven experience in mechanical contracts and quantity surveying.
- Strong understanding of contract administration principles and practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Experience of AutoCAD is a must
- Working knowledge of Revit is a plus
