Job Description
- Responsible for managing IT infrastructure (Systems, Network)
- Responsible for managing and providing highly available services for all critical business applications including Exchange - on-premise) & Microsoft 365
- Responsible for managing IT Infrastructure team including IT Specialist - Infrastructure admins – Systems Engineer, and Network Engineer) and set quarterly KPIs as well as providing in-depth technical expertise for his team to improve performance, and enhance communication.
- Responsible for Managing Group Active Directory services, Office365, user’s policy, File Sharing services, Email Service Administration (Servers, Storages, Backup, Email data and traffic optimization) , On-premises private cloud and public cloud Azure and AWS.
- Responsible for Managing virtual environment VMware ESXI, VM’s, v Center and experienced on HCI solutions (Hyper-Converged Infrastructure) DELL VxRail.
- Responsible for planning and managing (Data Centers) operations, production support, systems, database administration, RACKs, UPS, Access control SAN storage, SAN switches, network, and security operations.
- Responsible for Network operation related to WAN connections -secure SD-WAN, VPN connections across sites WiMAX - Microwave - Fiber, routers, switches, firewalls, LAN network, Wireless network.
- Responsible for network security (FortiGate – FortiMail – FortiSwitch – FortiAP – Forti Analyzer - Forti Manager) Web Application Firewall, Load Balancer, Endpoint security, and EDR & Sophos.
- Responsible for managing Voice System, SIP trunks, and IVR for company hotline.
- Responsible for managing overall IT day-to-day operations via ticketing system within agreed SLA related to Infrastructure.
- Responsible for system security patch management SCCM and vulnerability management.
- Responsible for organization data successful backup and validation by - Veaam, DELL Data Domain, NAS, and Disaster recovery plans.
- Responsible for license management, and renewals.
- Managing IT resources & assets (Hardware and Software) (PCs – Laptops – Servers – etc.) via asset management system.
- Managing strategic relationships with vendors, partner, and service providers
- Cooperating with other departments in installing new technologies as per IT technical reviews and infrastructure scope.
- Responsible for leading and managing ongoing/upcoming infrastructure & security projects.
- Budget planning, and forecasting for CAPX & OPEX
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer engineering, Computer Science, Communication, MIS Management information system.
- 8 – 10 years’ experience at least
- Microsoft certification MCSA – MCSE – MCITP , Azure Administrator , O365 , MS Teams.
- Must to be an Expert and experienced MS Exchange, DAG , IIS , DB replication , OWA , Outlook Anywhere , SSL certificates , migration .
- Must to be cisco CCNP R&S, CCNP Security, Fortinet NSE 4 to 7 Network Security Architecture Enterprise firewalls and SD-WAN and experienced in (FortiGate – Forti Mail – Footswitch – Forti AP – Forti Analyzer - Forti Manager).
- Must be VCP VMware Certified Professional and very well experienced in VMware ESXI.
- Strong Project Management skills.
- Experienced in DELL EMC & IBM SAN storage as well as data domain.
- Experience in Cisco, HP, FortiGate
- Leadership & Time Management.
- Very Good in Communication.
- Very Good in English.
