Job Description
- Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
- Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
- Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
- Keep records of leads, sales, revenue prospect etc.
- Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
- Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
- Develop the company's clientele base.
Job Requirements
- Proven working experience as a Sales & business development specialist, or a relevant role.
- Minimum 3 years of Experience in Similar Role.
- Proven service sales track record in oil & GAs and construction industry
- Must have a valid Driving License.
- Owing a Car is a plus.
- Ability to travel outside Cairo for Client Follow up and Meetings.
- Proficiency in MS Office / CRM software.
- Proficiency in English
- Market knowledge
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build rapport.
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales, Engineering or relevant field
